A path inward — a way forward.
Therapy Tailored to You
-
I believe healing begins when we slow down enough to listen—both to the mind that’s trying to make sense of it all, and the body that’s been holding the weight of it quietly. Your story lives in both places. And it deserves to be heard.
-
Through a somatic and trauma-informed approach, we’ll explore what it means to reclaim your identity, rest without guilt, set boundaries that honor your truth and navigate the space where hope and fear can coexist.
Maybe you're feeling burnt out, like you've been running on empty. Maybe you’ve lost sight of who you are beneath the roles you’ve been carrying. Or you're in a season of change—grieving, questioning, in between what was and what comes next.
I work with adults in these in-between places—when life feels uncertain, identity feels blurred, and the ground beneath you is shifting. Whether you're facing life transitions, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Finding the right therapist is a meaningful step—and it matters. This work is deeply personal, and the connection we build is just as important as the tools we use. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership: one where you are the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside you. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and gently challenged to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have gone quiet.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to take the first step. Reach out when you're ready—I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Individual Therapy
My own journey—both personal and professional—has taught me that healing rarely happens in straight lines. It often begins in the quieter spaces, in the pauses between what was and what’s next. That’s why I value creating a therapeutic space that feels steady, compassionate, and free of judgment. I meet my clients where they are, honoring their pace, their voice, and their unique process.
Since receiving my Master’s degree in 2018, I’ve worked across a range of settings that have shaped my deep respect for human resilience—in substance use recovery programs, in hospice and medical care, and on the front lines of crisis response through 911 calls. Each of these roles has deepened my ability to show up with steadiness, empathy, and respect—especially in moments that feel tender, uncertain, or overwhelming.
I moved to Montana in 2019, drawn by the mountains, open spaces, and the slower pace of life. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me on a hiking trail, curled up with a book, or soaking in the mountain air with my dogs.
Timberline Wellness is named after the point on a mountain where trees stop growing—but life doesn’t. It’s a place of transition, where the landscape shifts and the elements grow harsher, but resilience continues in quieter, unseen ways. I chose this name because I believe therapy often begins in those same spaces—at the edge of what’s known, where growth takes on a new form.
