A path inward — a way forward.
Therapy Tailored to You
-
I work with adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, emotionally numb, or unsure of who they are beyond the roles they’ve been expected to fill. Therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and begin the process of rediscovering what feels true to you.

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the body, where so many of our survival patterns quietly live. Together, we’ll uncover the beliefs and behaviors shaped by your past—not to judge or “fix” them, but to understand how they helped you cope. With compassion as our starting point, we’ll open space for clarity, deeper connection, and a more authentic way of being.

Maybe you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles you’ve learned to carry. If you're craving space to breathe, reflect, and feel more like yourself again then you’re in the right place. I offer a grounded, collaborative space where healing unfolds at your pace.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to take the first step. Reach out when you're ready—I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
My own journey—both personal and professional—has taught me that healing rarely happens in straight lines. It often begins in the quieter spaces, in the pauses between what was and what’s next. That’s why I value creating a therapeutic space that feels steady, compassionate, and free of judgment. I meet my clients where they are, honoring their pace, their voice, and their unique process.
Since receiving my Master’s degree in 2018, I’ve worked across a range of settings that have shaped my deep respect for human resilience—in substance use recovery programs, in hospice and medical care, and on the front lines of crisis response. Each of these roles has deepened my ability to show up with steadiness, empathy, and respect.
I moved to Montana in 2019, drawn by the mountains, open spaces, and the slower pace of life. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me on a hiking trail, curled up with a book, or soaking in the mountain air with my 2 dogs.
Timberline Wellness is named after the point on a mountain where trees stop growing—but life doesn’t. It’s a place of transition, where the landscape shifts and the elements grow harsher, but resilience continues in quieter, unseen ways. I chose this name because, like that place on the mountain, therapy often begins at a threshold where old ways no longer fit, and something new is ready to emerge.
